Information for control
When handling the flow of goods, we gather information that gives you visibility and control over your products. That information is consolidated in our web application Kylix. As a customer you get user and log in information to Kylix, allowing you to follow your products on their journey to you and your customers.
Different ways to present the same information
One of the ways we present information is through transaction files, which you can download to your business system, and work on from there.
A great deal of information is also presented in web reports. You can, for example, follow the status of purchase orders, stock levels, article data and delivered volumes. Some of these reports are also directly available in Excel format.
In addition, Lagena offer tailored reports. For example we can customise reports to clients regarding alcohol tax summary, EMCS and SGÅ/Repa.
Data quality throughout the flow
We work with modern systems to guarantee quality of data, and control of your goods flow. We use a range of specialist business and warehouse systems, to manage Stock Control and Call of, Invoicing to end customers and Customs handling. To ensure data quality throughout the process we use scanning in our warehouse production.
